The ballet tutu is gorgeous, a "pancake" style skirt that transforms a beautiful girl into a ballerina. Master seamstress Sara Bacon creates a fantasy costume that takes 60 hours or more, using techniques preserved from the 1800s. The cost of this fantasy of tulle and silk?
